Returns
We really hope that you love your RHIN items as much as we do. But if for some reason, you would like to make a return, please read the following before you proceed:
- Any returns and exchanges must be done within 14 days of receiving the order.
- The returned items must be unused and intact within the original packaging to be eligible for return. Items that are used, damaged, soiled or in any way altered, may be rejected and the customer will not get their refund back.
How to make a return?
If you would like to make a return, please follow the steps:
- Email us with the subject 'Return items RHIN' to hello@rhin.store
- Include your order number, name and email address.
- We'll send you an e-mail with the return address.
Please note the following:
We do not cover the cost of return shipping. It is your responsibility and expense.
We're unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after the 14 days.
When you drop off your package at the post office, we highly recommend you to obtain the tracking number and proof of postage for further reference.
